Mail us the following documents:

Original United States passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Required India visa supporting documents for citizens of United States:
- Copy of the driver's license or state issued ID showing address of residency. (Note that if a driver's license or state issued ID is unavailable, a copy of a utility bill showing name and address of applicant is an acceptable substitute).
- Persons of Indian Origin applying for a visa for the FIRST time on any US passport must submit their Indian passport or copies of any previous Indian visas in any previous US passport.
and for India business visa:
- A letter from the sponsoring organization in the United States indicating nature of applicant's business, probable duration of stay, type and desired validity of visa, places and organizations to be visited and also a guarantee to meet maintenance expenses etc.
- A letter from the hosting organization in India confirming the nature of applicant's business, duration of stay and places and organizations to be visited.
